Women, Wine and Wisdom is a monthly meetup of ambitious women around town.
This month, I am very excited to introduce Arielle Friedlander, the Founder of the Wellness Nosh. She started this event because people keep telling her that they want to eat better but in order to have a social life they always end up meeting friends at bars and eating unhealthy, greasy things. So, these Noshes are a chance to be social, meet up with friends or meet new people, and eat delicious healthy foods! More about Arielle's work can be found here.
